To resolve any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, to the Courts and Tribunals of Girona, unless applicable law establishes another mandatory jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above, if the user is a consumer within the meaning of consumer protection law, the above choice of jurisdiction does not mean waiving the jurisdictions provided by law to protect their rights as a consumer.
